The Free Fall Lie

Free fall is the time it takes an object to fall a certain distance in a vacuum, air will cause resistance and slow the fall. The towers were 1350 and 1360 feet tall. In a vacuum an object would take 9.2 seconds to fall from the top. Air would offer more resistance to light objects like paper or even the aluminum cladding that the WTC were covered in, but some of the heavy structural beams would fall quite fast.
Very often truthers quote 9 to 11 seconds as the time for collapse. True some of the heavy outer wall columns did hit the ground in this 11 second range BUT stopping there and saying the entire building fell in less then 11 seconds is deliberately deceptive. The actual complete collapse is much longer more like 15 to 25 seconds, maybe even longer the dust cloud prevents us from seeing what is going on after that.
You don’t have to believe me look for yourself. in the video below you can time it yourself. When the building starts to collapse count off the seconds. You will note that at about 11 seconds some of the outside wall structure has indeed hit the ground BUT! the bulk of the building is still falling, Look closely and at about 15 into collapse you can still see part of the center core of the tower still standing.

Yes, In the dust it’s hard to see but still obvious it is last part to fall.
AND you can see it happens in both towers.
That is why the truthers ideas that core columns were rigged with explosive is a giant lie. The outer perimeter walls fall first causing the floors to fall upon each other, their weight pulls the core down with it.
Note what few people who survived of the fall were found in stair wells located by these core columns, Neat trick if you think explosives were used to destroy these same columns.
Also note how long it takes for total collapse, far longer then the often hyped lie of close to free fall speed.
The timing is what is to be expected of demolitions. Collapse? There is NO collapse.
A building that collapses due to failure leaves stacks and stacks of FLOORS stacked up like pancakes. A hundred something floors would make a VERY BIG stack of ‘pancakes.’ Instead, what we see is the building is not really collapsing but exploding into tiny little pieces, shooting steel beams sideways for 600 feet. Photos of the remaining debris piles are NOT typical of buildings that have collapsed at all. But they are typical of controlled demolitions.
