Spencer, Janeane Garofalo, Woody Harrelson, Mos Def, Willie Nelson, (pot thing) and Jesse Ventura we have this guy who I am told was in Spider Man. Who the hell is Hal Sparks, and why is he such a pin head? AND his first observation on 9/11 is, get this…. Some of the hijackers are still alive.

So… what YOU want me to believe here Hal, is that some of these hijackers are sitting alive and well somewhere for nine years, and all they or anyone else unfriendly to the US government has to do to expose the big USA false flag operation of 9/11 is to pull them out in front of a camera for all the world to see? So Robertson wants you believe in this “god” thing, and his reasoning is you should do so because this god fellow saw fit to kill tens of thousands of innocent men, woman and even children to punish them for something that they as individuals had no responsibility for.  A real or imagined pact with the devil.  Now maybe it’s me being an atheist and all but that there sure doesn’t sound like a very good selling point to me. Sounds more like extortion.

Maybe I just have a higher moral conception than Robertson’s god, I know if I could prevent the suffering in Haiti I would do it in a heartbeat. I have been reading “The Men who Stare at Goats” a book and movie based on the true story of General Albert Stubblebine who started a unit of military men with so called psychic abilities. He believed that a soldier could adopt the cloak of invisibility, pass cleanly through walls and, perhaps most chillingly, kill goats just by staring at them. Of course none of this worked and lots of tax dollars were spent investigating this bunkum, the general became a bit of a joke as a result.

So I should not have been surprised that the man who ran into his office wall thinking he could melt right through it using the power of his mind would also buy into the nonsense of the 9/11 Truth people.  Me thinks the general must have run head first into that wall on more than just one occasion. It would seem that many in the truth movement do have a tendency to follow the leader rather quickly and without vetting so Stubblebine is welcomed by many a truther. They think of the person as an authority because they have a title, Dr. or General, former USG official.

One thing I have learned when dealing with truthers is they like to embrace all sort of claptrap.  You know those condensation trails you see coming out of high flying jets? In trutherville it is thought to be chemical spraying of mind control drugs or weather changing compounds.  And then you have the subset of truthers who believe no airplanes hit the towers, No-Planers who buy the idea of holographic projections were what everyone saw.  High energy space beam weapons are popular with a certain faction. Your basic big tent of loonies.

The only good point of the general involvement is it have sparked accusations of disinformation among members of the “Truth” movement. The infighting among the “planers” and “no-planers”,  the controlled demolition and non-controlled demolition and the “Let it happen on purpose” LIHOP  and the “Made it happen on purpose” MIHOP  is comedy  gold. I myself get accused of being a paid government agent because I happen to have enough sense to call a kook a kook. Yeah, Yeah, I know, it’s not cool or politically correct dismiss others deeply felt ideas, but when your idea is pure 100% crap like staring at goats with deadly intent or thinking the WTC was a controlled demolition one would be a fool himself to entertain the ideas as some how based on reality.

I saw a comment over on BradBlog that said this was a traditional case of mutiny on the base. After they got things settled, they didn’t want that fact to come out because it might encourage others who are feeling the same way to act out the same way, so they framed this psychiatrist who may have just been injured in the incident. Of course this is all speculation, but with the initial reports it kind of makes sense. We’ll see what comes of it if anything.

So apparently the conspiracy is that soldiers are in an armed revolt and being shot by other soldiers and the entire episode is being covered up and an innocent Muslim Army Major being made the scapegoat.

My question becomes, “How do I cash in on the scam?” Conspiracy theorist being the gullible suckers they are prime candidates for a little fleecing, If I were a scum bag I would write a book, maybe a DVD to sell to the rubes.

A very interesting controlled demolition technique in common use in France. It involves going into a prepared structure and using hydraulic jacks or other mechanical means to knock out key supports. The upper block of the building then demolishes the rest of the structure using nothing but gravity. a feat 9/11 truthers say is impossible!

You will note the upper block of mass is not slowed down much by the rest of the building. The collapse occurs quite quickly. The debris is largely confined. Though some appears propelled out the sides. The collapse of the entire structure is achieved by highly localized one or two floors failures.

So are we to now believe the French did 9/11? Yeah we all know how friendly the French are towards the US. Gee, to bad the truthers got so invested in the thermite deal, or Super Nano Thermite or whatever imagined material these kooks pull from their asses. They could have used the “French CD Technique” as the smoking gun clue. At least it LOOKS like what happened to the towers. In short Undicisettembre found this supposed super spray on thermite has all the same chemical properties of primers and rust proofing paints used to protect the steel used at the WTC.

It becomes a matter of logic, if you believe people like Jones, Ryan and Harrit you would have to believe massive steel beams were destroyed by a Magic “paint-on” thermite coating only millimeters thick! and that somehow someone was able to gain access to the beams and columns without notice. And that no one before or since has demonstrated the viability of this theory even on a small scale.

Three guys who are known for their conspiracy theorist views on 9/11, who sell books and who are paid to give talks promoting the conspiracy ideas have created a scientific sounding paper, had it published by a Pay to Publish journal, because no legitimate science journal would touch it, that PAINTS common primer coatings and rust proofing paint as super duper beam melting weapon?

Of course if you believe the 9/11 conspiracy theorist, thermite was used to melt core columns in the WTC that were much more massive than then the bodywork of an SUV. Then you have the fact thermite is ill suited for controlled demolition work, burns too slow and requires a very hot ignition source just to get started. That is why it never has been used for controlled demolitions. But because Steve Jones said there was thermite, the 9/11 truth sheeple ate it up and pucked it back out at every opportunity.

9/11 truthers were all atwitter when Steven Jones announced he along with Kevin Ryan, Neils Harritt and Tony Szamboti had gotten a paper accepted in a “Peer Reviewed” science Journal. A first for the conspiracy theorist promoting the idea a super duper double secret nano thermite had brought down the World Trade Center.

Unfortunately debunkers soon pointed out the science journal in question was Bentham Open Journals, a for all intents and purposes a vanity publisher. You pay, they publish. Not exactly a REAL peer reviewed publisher of hard core science information. This did little to get the tin foil hat wearing conspiracy huckster taken seriously by scientist who know what they are talking about.

The dubious quality of Bentham’s peer review process has been brought into clear focus by a graduate student at Cornell University. They got a paper accepted by Bentham that consisted of nothing but computer generated nonsense.

In this section, we discuss existing research into red-black trees, vacuum tubes, and courseware [10]. On a similar note, recent work by Takahashi suggests a methodology for providing robust modalities, but does not offer an implementation [9].

The writers of the paper even dropped a hint of the hoax by giving their institutional affiliation as the Center for Research in Applied Phrenology, or CRAP.

Jesse Ventura On Fox And Friends still hasn’t figured out why the World Trade Center towers fell. He employes the intellectual cowards ploy of “just asking questions.” Yeah, when you have no real proof, you try and elevate questions to the level of facts.

Yeah, Jesse, we get it, you are not smart enough to understand that the towers didn’t fall at the so called “free fall” rate, hell I tend to believe the man never even heard of the concept of free fall before latching onto the conspiracy theorist hype surrounding 9/11. To this mullet head it’s a buzz word he picked up from a conspiracy site, sound good, but he doesn’t really understand the concept.

Apparently his knowledge of basic physics is even more lacking, or he would know the energy necessary to bring the towers down was always in the buildings in the form of potential gravitational energy. When a shitload of mass falls, it releases lots of pulverizing kinetic energy, no explosives needed. It’s been over 7 years and the 9/11 truth loons still have learned nothing but how to parrot long debunked conspiracy claptrap.

Only in America would we take the ramblings of a former frogman turned wrestler as something that deserves consideration or even election to public office. Maybe if Ventura has all these “Questions” he should talk to a structural engineer with the talent to build skyscrapers, these guys understand the forces involved, you will note they are not the ones asking questions.

Asking stupid questions does not make one a patriot. It only makes you look like a fool.
