The Ferrari 312PB was raced by such greats as Mario Andretti and Jacky Ickx as a Group 6 Prototype-Sports Car in 1971, but was redesignated as a Group 5 Sports Car for 1972/73. Powered by a Ferrari 2991 cc Double Overhead Cam Flat 12 Cylinder engine.

Companion piece to my painting of the new model Saleen Mustang. This is the Mustang of Parnelli Jones that competed in the 1970 Tans Am racing series. In 1970, spectators watched Parnelli in his black striped Grabber Orange Boss 302 Mustang take numerous checkered flags to win the overall championship. This painting shows that car long with the newer 2010 Saleen Mustang reflected in the water below. A version with the new Mustang on top is in the works.
